Sowing the seeds of inception
The passion to create something unique in the IT domain was the underlying spark that initiated things. The initial days in 2010 were tough, as being a new entrant in the business came with its own set of challenges. It was difficult to convince and earn the faith of clients, as Cylsys didn’t have a strong client or work portfolio to show at that time. The team gradually built the portfolio by taking on the little tasks of some larger projects. All those efforts started going in the right direction, and today the team is catering to some of the big names in the industry.
Each business has its own tale of initial struggles. The only different factor here is the intensity of each struggle. The intensity varies from person to person, depending on the circumstances. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Pawas Goyal worked in the BFSI sector. However, the desire to start something of his own was always an integral part of him. The switch from a cushy, well-paid job to starting a business with zero clients and zero revenue for some months would shake up anyone’s resolve. But he always remained committed to the path. A clear picture of his ultimate goal and values kept pushing him forward on the entrepreneurial path.

DTS (Digital Transaction System) is an amazing solution specifically developed for the mutual fund industry. Daily transactions and checking of credits are done manually by most mutual fund companies. This application created by Cylsys Software reduces all the repeated manual work.
