Tycoon Insights: Could you tell about the beginning of your company? What inspired you to start it?
My entrepreneurial journey started with a personal experience. While facing challenges in technical hiring for my internal requirements, I realized the need for a more efficient solution. This motivated me to consider setting up an organization that could streamline the entire hiring process, from resume management to selection. The idea for ITCONS came into inception in 2007, driven by my desire to create a company that could provide comprehensive HR solutions and a better experience for both businesses and individuals. Initially my company focused on IT companies for manpower solutions but today it has moved beyond IT to 10 other sectors and is creating ripples in the market. The organization is providing staffing solution for both blue and white-collar profiles, both in private and government sectors.
Tycoon Insights: How have you maintained a balance between your personal and professional life?
Friends and followers respectfully and lovingly call me as ‘The Versatile Monk’ with a reasonably successful career as an entrepreneur, as an Astro Numerologist, as a Philanthropist running pre-school and day-care centres, as an Investor, as a doctor of Ayurveda and as a Vaastu Specialist. On one hand I, with God’s Grace, learnt art of time management which helped me to acquire various skills and knowledge and to deploy them for the benefit of people at large and in professional life. My nature and nurture helped me to always keep my foot on the ground despite getting success and recognition in all my chosen areas of expertise. Keeping a balance between personal, professional and family life is the key to happiness and fulfilment. In my humble opinion, one should not only balance professional and family life but should manage time for personal endeavours too, which could be enhancing knowledge, skills, spiritual learning, spending time with friends or hobbies.
Tycoon Insights: How is your journey of struggle unique from others?
I consider myself lucky that I was able to convert my ‘dreams to reality’ and build up a wining team. The journey certainly was not easy, especially when I was not from a business family background. Leaving a lucrative high-profile career in IT field, two decades backs was not a welcome step and raised various eyebrows and many near and dear ones dissuaded me to change my decision. They say ‘When the going gets tough, the tough gets going’, my conviction, perseverance and pursuance helped me to overcome the challenges of managing cashflows compliances, retention cashflow, etc… Etc. All these were new to me as a technical person who was getting a fat package end of the month. The journey was tough and unique in many ways but enjoyable as every step I took was towards my own vision and ‘The baby was mine’.

We have clients in various industries, including IT, education, retail, logistics, defense, NBFC, engineering/construction, healthcare, telecom, government, and F&B/hospitality. We deal with both large multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. Some notable clients include Wipro, HCL Tech, TVS Electronics, LTI Mindtree, Agile Tech, Karvy, E-Comm Express, Swiggy, ZYPP, Max Life, HDB Financial Services, Paytm, Phone Pe, Adani, Indian Army, and more.

I believe innovation, continuous vigil and continuous learning are three pillars of success and will eventually keep you ahead of changing market trends. We, at ITCONS keep an agile organizational structure and have a culture of self-learning and knowledge sharing. Right use of technology helps in this process in a big manner by speeding-up the process.
We can adapt to changes and maintain an edge by remaining updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the latest technologies. We participate in industry events, attend webinars, and converse with thought leaders to stay informed. We encourage fast decision making rather than waiting for the ideal solution. A culture that mistakes will happen, one has to learn fast and move on, helps in gaining leadership position in my opinion.

Today, 18 months ahead of the IPO, we have given more than 1000% return to our investors. ITCONS has become a leading player in the staffing and recruitment industry, renowned for its expertise and exceptional service delivery, catering to all levels of hierarchy from blue to white collar, across ten plus industry verticals.
